Waikoloa Plaza in Waikoloa Village
Grand opening is being held on July 22, 2023 from 12p-6p with live music, hula, food, fun and prize drawings located at 68-1820 Waikoloa Rd. Waikoloa, HI 96738. The development consists of four commercial buildings and eleven three-story apartment buildings. The final plan is for a 130,000-square-foot $40 million shopping center, of 19 square acres, with 35 retail stores from 800 to 35,000 square feet. Lofts at Waikoloa in Waikoloa Village
Part of the Waikoloa development is an apartment complex called Lofts at Waikoloa and Lofts at Waikoloa East that will provide much-needed affordable housing. The complex offers two 33-Unit Assets containing two-bedroom, one-bath units of approximately 600 sq ft. Lofts at Waikoloa is now 95% occupied and 100% leased and keys dispensed. Kaloko Heights Affordable Housing Project
The $54.4 million project will have 100 units: 99 family units - 58 three-bedroom units and 41 two-bedroom units and one managers unit. The units will be for families earning 30% to 60% of Area Median Income, which ranges from $39,200 to $78,400 for a family of four. Rental rates are based on income, ranging from $530 to $1,335.
